About Release Ayrshire

We are a men’s support service that has been set up to help provide confidential support and advice to men of any age who are down, in crisis or simple need to talk . Our volunteers are here to chat about anything that could be troubling you; work frustration, relationship dilemmas, money worries or just general day to day worries.

Although aimed at supporting men we will not turn away anyone who is struggling – friends, partners or females who need support.

Release Ayrshire volunteers are not counsellors – we are all volunteers who have adequate training to support, guide and signpost.
